Del Gilbert is the founder of Accelerating Excellence.
He is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer in the essential skills for professional and personal development.
He started his career as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at a hospital. Through the years, he received several promotions and eventually became Chief Learning Officer.
During his tenure, the hospital received top rankings in employee engagement and patient satisfaction.
Del and his wife, Karen, reside in Franklin, TN. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
