SESSION 3: BRINGING IN THE RIGHT PEOPLE

  • Employee Interviewing, Selection and Onboarding – Hire for Attitude, Train for Skills

  • Developing Great Behavioral Questions, Looking for Red Flags

  • Service Excellence – Building Customer Loyalty

SESSION 4: SETTING THE RIGHT PRIORITIES

  • Focusing on Important Work

  • Developing Credibility – The Importance of Responsiveness, Following Through and Meeting Deadlines

  • Delegation Skills and Dealing with Interruptions
